StoryFest 2022: Nita Prose – In Person

September 30 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

$20.00

Opening the autumn line-up, StoryFest is delighted to welcome Nita Prose to the Hudson Village Theatre stage for a discussion of her page-turning, New York Times bestselling novel The Maid.

The Toronto Star says that the “gentle tone, compelling narrative and whip smart plotting have added up to a debut novel that seems to fall into the category of overnight success.” It has been called a “masterful, charming mystery that will touch your heart in ways you could never expect” by Ashley Audrain, the New York Times bestselling author of The Push. “This is the smart, quirky, uplifting read we need,” she added.

Nita definitely learned about her craft on the job. She has worked in all aspects of the publishing industry and is currently the vice president and editorial director at Simon & Schuster in Toronto, Canada. As mentioned, The Maid is her first novel.

Tickets are $20.00 each and can be purchased electronically here and are available at Que de Bonnes Choses (484-D Main, Hudson) or at Centre Décor Hudson (521 Main, Hudson) as cash purchases only.

We thank Maison Rose and Embers for their sponsorship towards this event.
